I don’t know if you guys watched the post qualy Sky coverage but oh damn was Nando pissed and burned Herbie! I was disagreeing with Herbert earlier when he was saying Alonso was not motivated and wasn’t as skilled anymore, that he had peaked and was on the decline. I’m pretty sure he could handle anyone out there, his car isn’t very good is all. And he wanted to drive the car today but the doctor said he couldn’t and refused McLarens request for a new scan that wasn’t a week old, despite his injuries he thought the adrenalin during the race would act as a painkiller, yeah not very motivated.....

So awkward!! It was so fucking awesome, he just strutted on in there and declared it, the woman was like uh I’ll be back here all quiet. I met Alonso once at a race and he put his arm around me and took a pic, very nice to me, I think he’s pretty cool. He deserved it, I was pretty annoyed at his comments earlier, guess Nando found out!!

That is pretty cool of him. He’s one of the guys I’ve never been able to form an opinion about. I think the media portrays him as more arrogant and childish than he really is but it’s so hard to see most of the drivers as real people. It’s been nice to see him give so much support to Vandoorne this weekend.

Well it was justified, Herbert said some fucked up stuff, considering he is also a driver I was even insulted listening to him earlier. And about Fernando Alonso! Not exactly like bagging on Maldonado now is it? Martin said flat out that he disagreed with his views, good on him.

Herbert does tend yo talk out of his ass at least once a race weekend. If anything it’s another opportunity for a racing legend to mop the floor and generate some interest for younger fans of the sport.
